Trains to and from Vigo Airport (VGO)

Vigo airport needs a train station onsite. Bus line A leaves Urzaiz (Muro estación) every 30 minutes, connecting the Vigo-Urzáiz train station and the airport. At high speeds, it links A Coruna, Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra, and Vilagarca de Arousa. Shuttle service between the airport and the Vigo-Guixar train station is provided by bus routes 8, 16, and 24 via the Urzáiz 13 interchange with shuttle route A.

There are connections to Porto, Pontevedra, Vilagarca de Arousa, Santiago de Compostela, A Corua, Madrid, Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, Palencia, Leon, Ponferrada, Zamora, Redondela, Arcade, Padrón, and Ordes. Alternatively, you can take line A directly from the maritime station to Garca Barbón, conveniently located.

Vigo-Urzáiz Train Station

In Vigo, Spain, there is a train station known as Vigo-Urzáiz. Connecting major Galician cities like Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela, and A Coruna every hour via the Atlantic Axis high-speed rail line.

The airport (line 9A) and Bus Station are within easy walking distance thanks to the bus stop on Urzaiz Street (just 50 meters from the station hall, line 4C). A taxi stand can be found right outside the station. One of the Renfe 121 series trains was the first to stop at the new station in 2015.
